Very sturdy ladder with 4 large steps, a top bar to rest on and side bars to hold on to making it feel very safe. Reaches to my top cupboards. Only disadvantage is it's weight.

I ordered these steps for the use of my elderly parents. We were pleased with the product, very stable and handles are a bonus. One bolt provided to attach the handles was not properly marked on the top which made it difficult to tighten sufficiently. The steps are heavy for my parents to move to where they need to use them.

A little heavier than i had expected - but maybe this is a good point, as it is very sturdy. Wide steps are good for elderly folk, as are the handrails. Best of all (unexpectedly) is that when standing on the third step I can put the things I am getting down from a high shelf onto the top step, instead of having to hold them in my arms when stepping down.

Excellent for someone like me who are a bit unsteady on their feet, the handles give the needed support. Also, good wide treads(good for someone with big feet!)
