Q: I am squeezing the trigger switch but nothing seems to be happening, what is wrong?
A: There are two possible reasons why it doesn't seem to work:
1. There are two safety buttons/swicthes on this item. One in the main handle and one in the auxillary handle. Both of these have to be held in for the item to work. If one is released then the power will cut out.
2. The trigger switch on the main handle needs to be squeezed at the BOTTOM. If you squeeze at the top, it will not work.
