The rotating head provides multi-directional trimming with the minimum of effort, stooping or bending, and, in the majority of cases, allows for trimming without having to use a stepladder.

Q: I am squeezing the trigger switch but nothing seems to be happening, what is wrong?
A: There are two possible reasons why it doesn't seem to work:
1. There are two safety buttons/swicthes on this item. One in the main handle and one in the auxillary handle. Both of these have to be held in for the item to work. If one is released then the power will cut out.
2. The trigger switch on the main handle needs to be squeezed at the BOTTOM. If you squeeze at the top, it will not work.

Item was easy to assemble but difficult to use as it is heavy. We are both over 65 so are waiting until our son visits to use the trimmer on our hedges.
This is a problem with buying goods this way as you cannot test them first. |
